Description: Family Carers Ireland are delighted to partner with Mental Health Ireland to facilitate The Five Ways to Wellbeing during Tough Time workshop for family carers. The workshop will give you an opportunity to connect with other carers and explore ways you can support your mental health and emotional well-being during these difficult times.

The aims of the workshop include:
1. Define what mental health and wellbeing is
2. Have an improved understanding of how you can look after your wellbeing during Covid-19
3. Explore how much time you spend each day looking after your mental health and wellbeing
4. Explored the application of the Five Ways to Wellbeing as a helpful coping strategy during tough times

The workshop will be facilitated via Zoom and will take about 90 minutes. You can register by clicking on the link below.
